High temperature thermal container (high temperature crucible) solutions
Tungsten, rhenium, molybdenum or their alloy crucibles have different production processes, such as sintering forming, welding forming, stamping forming, and spinning forming according to different dimensions and usage conditions. Among them, sintered forming products are the most widely used. For miniature and small crucibles, forged bars can be turned or stamped. The welding process adopts rolling sheet hot bending forming, and finally fixing by welding. Spinning forming is suitable for the production of thin-walled crucibles with high technological requirements. UMM has many years of experience in the production of pure tungsten, rhenium, molybdenum or their alloy crucibles. It can be fully customized in terms of density, size, material grade, and service life to meet the needs of users in different working conditions.
