Tungsten copper alloy
High specific gravity tungsten alloy material is a kind of alloy with tungsten as the matrix (W content 85-99%) and added with elements such as Ni, Cu, Co, Mo, Cr. According to alloy composition characteristics and uses, it can be divided into main series such as W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Cu, W-Co, W-WC-Cu, W-Ag, and its density is between 16.5-19.0g/cm3 Adjustable. Generally, large and special-shaped parts are produced by isostatic pressing technology, small products are produced by mould pressing, extrusion and injection moulding technology, and bars and sheets are produced and processed by forging and rolling.

Product description

Tungsten copper composite material is often called pseudo-alloy or pseudo-alloy, is a body centered cubic structure of tungsten particles and face-centered cubic structure of copper bonding phase composed of neither mutual solid solution nor the formation of intermetallic compounds of a composite material. The corresponding mechanical and physical properties of the material can be controlled and adjusted by changing its composition ratio.
