On the one hand, if these vanadium-containing solid wastes are piled up at will without disposal, it will not only occupy a lot of land resources, increase the cost of enterprises, but also bring harm to the natural environment and people's life and health; on the other hand, vanadium-containing solid wastes Solid waste contains many metals with important economic value, which should be actively recycled to turn waste into treasure and harm into benefit, thereby creating considerable economic and social benefits.

Solid wastes containing Spherical vanadium powder products mainly come from petroleum, chemical, steelmaking, vanadium mining and other fields, petroleum refining, sulfuric acid production, chemical production (such as nylon, polyester, polyvinyl chloride and propylene) and other industrial production The vanadium waste generated in the process is the most common, of which the vanadium-containing waste catalyst is the main form. Currently, the world produces about 800,000 tons of vanadium-containing waste catalysts every year, including about 415,000 tons of oil refining waste catalysts and 335,000 tons of chemical waste catalysts.
