More specifically, a proper amount of rhenium can be dissolved in tungsten to form a solid solution alloy powder. According to different appearance shapes, Spherical tungsten powder can be divided into spherical tungsten-rhenium alloy powder and irregular tungsten-rhenium alloy powder. In terms of physical and chemical properties, the average particle size of Spherical tungsten powder is between 2.0-4.0um, with high melting point, high recrystallization temperature, high thermoelectric potential, high resistivity, corrosion resistance, good plasticity, excellent high temperature creep resistance, weldability and Features such as machining. The product is heated, insulated, and sintered to obtain tungsten-rhenium alloy rod blanks; 6) processing: the rod blanks need to undergo processing such as rotary forging, straightening and peeling; 7) spherical tungsten-rhenium alloy powder can be obtained by plasma rotary atomization.

Spherical tungsten powder is used as an electrode or filament in many cases.
