Tungsten, rhenium, molybdenum or their alloy crucibles have different production processes, such as sintering forming, welding forming, stamping forming, and spinning forming according to different dimensions and usage conditions. Among them, sintered forming products are the most widely used. For miniature and small crucibles, forged bars can be turned or stamped. The welding process adopts rolling sheet hot bending forming, and finally fixing by welding. Spinning forming is suitable for the production of thin-walled crucibles with high technological requirements. De-crystallized sticking pot and service life play a key role.
